I know, Corn Cookies ?! But trust me, they are SOO GOOD that they will quickly become a staple in your house. Perfect for any season and any occasion, and with the holidays around the corner, these will shake up the cookie table.

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cups ap flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 2/3 cup Karen’s Naturals Just Corn Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
Heat oven to 350F. In a large bowl stir together the butter and sugar until incorporated. Stir in egg until fully mixed. Stir in flours, corn powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix just until combined. Scoop cookies onto a greased cookie sheet, 3-inches apart and bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown on just the outer edges. Cool before devouring!
